Frequently asked questions

SentoVox is an independent European audience research study for theatres, concert halls and cultural venues. It is built on a standardised, scientifically grounded method and supported by 7 universities and sector partners such as ENCC, VSCD and Cult.

Any venue programming the performing arts: theatres, concert halls, multidisciplinary cultural centres and similar organisations across Europe.

Participation costs between EUR 625 and EUR 1,750, depending on visitor numbers. Groups receive a discount.

Registration is open until 30 June 2026. The research period runs until 31 October 2026.

All surveys are fully anonymous and GDPR-compliant. No personal data of respondents is collected.
