Introduction
SentoVox respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data in the context of audience research for cultural venues.
What data do we collect?
Venue contacts: first name, last name, email address and organisation name. Used solely to communicate about the study. Data can be changed or deleted at any time via info@sentovox.eu.
Survey respondents: no personal data is collected. All surveys are fully anonymous.
Voluntary participation
Taking part in a SentoVox survey is voluntary. Respondents can stop at any time without giving a reason. Because answers are anonymous, already-submitted responses cannot be retrieved.
Security
All data is sent over a secure HTTPS/SSL connection and stored on servers within the European Economic Area. Access is limited to the academic team processing the data.
Legal basis
Processing is based on consent and legitimate interest in audience research. The study complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object. Send your request to info@sentovox.eu.
World Land Trust
For every completed survey, 1 m² of rainforest is protected through World Land Trust. No personal data of respondents is shared in this process.
