Scope
These terms apply to venues participating in SentoVox and to respondents completing a SentoVox survey.
Voluntary participation
Participation is fully voluntary. Respondents can stop at any time. Venues can end participation in line with the terms of their participation agreement.
Age
Respondents must be at least 16 years old. Where local regulation requires a higher age (such as 18), that age limit applies.
No guaranteed compensation
Respondents do not receive compensation for participating. Participating venues receive access to results and reports as set out in their agreement.
Liability
The SentoVox research team and sector partners such as ENCC are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of results. Users remain responsible for their own interpretation and decisions.
Intellectual property
The methodology, questionnaire and aggregated results of SentoVox are the property of the research team. Venues retain rights over their own data and local questions.
Changes
SentoVox may update these terms. The latest version is published on this page.
